By using the Teleprompter app (the "App"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Poster app LLP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
5. User Content
You may be able to upload or submit content to the App ("User Content"). By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You also agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App.
- Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the App for any purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Poster app LLP be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
